Process Monitoring Analyst- Operations: Monitoring and evaluation basis the pre-defined policies by Risk/Credit. Description for Internal/External Candidates 1) PRA Process Monitoring Analyst -Operations: Monitoring and evaluation basis the pre-defined policies by Risk Share feedback/ error with stakeholders as per the audit findings. Field visit to conduct monitoring (need based) Liaison with the frontline for sharing feedback on monitored transactions. 2) Reporting, analytics & insights (process gaps): Analysis and publishing of agreed MIS for frontline & Stakeholders Ensure Sample size and timeliness of MIS/other Reports as per SLA Identify process improvement opportunities & help business to fix the same through detailed RCA & follow correction & corrective approach. 3) People: Conducting Refresher and Feedback sessions for auditees Performance improvements through coaching and feedback Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role): Timely stakeholder management discussions. Error free and timely audits and MTD Publishing. Timely report publishing and discussions with stakeholders. To deliver process improvements through feedback and observations and new initiatives. Savings to be made by identifying gaps in the processes. New projects for improvement. Focus audits (Need Basis) to be done timely and with accuracy. Skills Sets Required: Understanding of coaching tools & models Inclusive behavior Ability to work in medium to large teams Change management 1) Coaching skills 2) Eye for detail or Auditing skill sets. Qualification: Graduate fresher or Experience / MBA Fresher Excel & Power Point Total Experience : Fresher Relevant Experience in a field: Preferably from the service industry: Credit Cards, BPO, Banks, NBFCs, Telecom, Insurance (Pl specify field and years) Preferred Industry (If any) : Service Industry
