The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering support on assigned Digital transformation projects in fast paced, Agile environment. This includes but not limited to - Create/maintain/monitor project plan, sprint/release plan in MPP/Azure Devops. Generate status reports and assist Program Manager/Project Manager to prepare meetings with various stakeholders. Organize and facilitate meetings as required. Capture action points and track till closure.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent
• 8 - 12 years of overall industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must Haves

• Extensive hands-on experience with project plan creation, maintenance and follow up.
• Hands on experience using tools like MPP, Azure Devops.
• Attention to detail and organizing capability.
• Proven experience in tracking project deliverables, KPIs and creating status reports.
• Experience working in Agile implementations.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Haves

• An Engineering or equivalent degree is desired.
• Experience in D365 / ERP implementations is preferred.
• Experience directly managing small projects.
