As a PLM Consultant, primarily provide technical support to automotive domain customers on Dassault Systeme s Digital Manufacturing product portfolio mainly DELMIA brand products V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE. Background: At least 3-5 years of ex perience of front end Technical Support for DELMIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE. Must have good technical skills in Dassault Systemes Digital Manufacturing product portfolio and know-how to assist in technical solution selling. Exposure to manufacturing domain and technologies. Excellent business communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations clearly & concisely. High level of self-initiative and works well in a team environment. Skills Skills Requirements: Engineering background with professional experience in Robotic simulation and Process Simulation using DELMIA V5 & 3DEXPERIENCE software. Excellent knowledge of MID, Process Planning, Process Validation, Line Balancing, Plant Layout, Ergonomics Assembly Simulation. Good to know Equipment Design, Work Instructions, Robotic Simulation, Surface Simulation & DELMIA Process Engineer. Knowledge of various TCF & BIW processes. Added advantage on Factory Flow Simulation & Quest. Provide customer support, Product Demonstration, Proof of concepts, work with s ervice providers to enable issues resolution and enhancements. Work closely with the sales team during Pre-Sales phase of any oppo rtunity. Lead the workshop/Training & Enablement session to customers. Deliver Front & Back-End support on a Dassault Systems br and software & Fixed Pack installation and solving issue related to software License. Create user training material, software inst allation documents and provide mentoring for 3DEXPERIENCE & V5. Investigate and explore capabilities to improve design, manufacturing, production and change management. Monitor and track support request (SR), Product enhancement request (PER) to DS Team in a D S service desk portal.
