The role in a gist:As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working extensively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and nurturing business partnerships to achieve business targets. Sounds like you?
What you will work on:
- Co-Lending and other related projects
delivery
o Working with existing co-lenders - this will include internal stakeholder management and front ending
with the co-lender
o Increasing process efficiency in line with tech and regulatory updates
o Reporting and Monitoring performance of portfolio
o New Product Initiatives with co-lenders (proposals and opportunities)
- Working closely with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure Business targets are achieved
- Focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reduce frictions
- Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partner
- Driving weekly and monthly reviews with partners
The ideal candidate:
- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of processes and project management
- Understanding of Lending business with knowledge of end-to-end process
- Proficient in MS Excel and ability to prepare reports
Qualification and Experience:
- 2-4 Years of experience in a corporate setup
- Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Engineering or product background will be preferred
- Prior experience in project management with a lending entity (preferred)
