:- We are seeking a Marketing Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing the entire prospect-to-customer journey through various marketing channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Text Messages, Events, and IVR. The ideal candidate is a talented and efficient individual who possesses a strategic thought process to automate marketing activities based on fundamental triggers.Responsibilities :- Manage the prospect-to-customer journey : Oversee the entire process of converting prospects into customers, utilizing various marketing channels to engage and nurture leads effectively.- Develop and execute marketing campaigns : Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns using email, WhatsApp, text messages, events, and IVR, to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.- Automate marketing activities : Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.- Analyze and optimize performance : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.- Stay updated on industry trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey management, applying new strategies to drive growth.Requirements :- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively- If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic marketing environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.Location : Saket, DelhiOffice timings : 10 AM to 7 PMOffice days : Monday to Saturdays (Alternate Saturdays are off)No of positions : 02 | 1 junior resource with upto 3 lpa and 1 with 2-3 years experience with upto 5 lpa (ref:updazz.com)
