Global Serialization Subject Matter Expert
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will be responsible for the effective operation, use and compliance of the company serialization repository SAP ATTP (Advanced Track & Trace) and the WM Cockpit module used for serialization/aggregation handling in Logistics, which includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Setting up Master Data in ATTP and ECC.
- Supporting/executing Reporting of Serialization Data to Health Authorities.
- Running ATTP Data Accuracy Metrics.
- ATTP Error Monitoring and Resolution (in cooperation with IT).
- System Administration.
- Business Acceptance Testing of new ATTP Releases and Functionalities.
- Providing ATTP Training to Users.
- Maintaining ATTP System SOP\xe2\x80\x99s/Work Instructions.
- Maintaining Training Materials and Quick Reference Guides.
- Process improvement initiatives
- B.S. in IT, Business, Supply Chain or other technical degree.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Thorough understanding of Serialization concepts and processes.
- Deep knowledge and experience working with SAP ECC and ATTP.
- Good understanding of Serialization LMS (Line Management Systems) processes and functionality.
- Strong compliance mindset and high sense of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Hands-on mentality. Flexibility in handling assignments and tasks.
- Professional English Language skills verbally and in writing.
