Job Description


Acquisition of new Authorized Person (AP) through various Sales Channels Networking, data base and references Identify Retail and HNI clients from his/her own resources and ensure to establish relationship with the organization Drive the channel business for the company Identify Authorized Person new or existing from the open market and propose them with our competitive offers and introduce them to the company Post introduction activate the said AP and ensure day to day servicing and increasing his/her business with us Introduce AP which confirms with a fixed amount of revenue month on month for the company Ensure that the clients and channel partners are absolutely satisfied with the services and commitments towards them Ideally there should be no or minimal complaints or negative feedback from them The co-ordination with operations department to ensure speedy client servicing must be at its best from your side Regular interaction with clients and resources to keep them abreast with all updates pertaining to products, policies and market related news to help them carry the journey without any difficulty Meet Non-Trading APs and activate them Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well Ensure that AP trades actively after opening their trading account End to end customer relationship management Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, IPO, Fixed Deposit etc Co-ordinate with compliance department to ensure regular compliance of APs as per rules and regulations of Sebi and Exchanges
