Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify quality-related training needs and provide necessary training to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Manage quality documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters.
• Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Quality with 8-10 years of experience within the Real Estate industry.
• Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
• Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel
