Responsibilities:

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of delivery services

provided by the Managed Services team to our customers. This will include overseeing and performing

claims processing, contract maintenance, formulary and data validation, data management, report

generation, trend insights, customer interaction and support, and documentation for Trade & Distribution

rebates. In addition, this role may have direct oversight of a business function or team. You will have the

opportunity to expand your talents to contribute to IntegriChain\'s project methodologies, engagement

strategies and industry solutions. As an Associate Manager you will be accountable for the following:

\xe2\x97\x8f Oversight of business function or team

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage all deliverables

\xe2\x97\x8f Setup and maintenance of customer contracts and products within the rebate system

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead and perform the processing of claims that support a variety of business processes for a

large base of pharmaceutical manufacturers

\xe2\x97\x8f Formulary and validation

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, research variances and resolve

disputes and issues

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and provide trend insights

\xe2\x97\x8f Execute various reporting activities required for customer compliance

\xe2\x97\x8f Support ongoing customer relationships

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and lead the process and system improvements

\xe2\x97\x8f Participate and collaborate on ad hoc projects

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of T&D rebates and or Chargebacks

Qualifications and Competencies:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree preferred; focus on Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study

preferred

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 6-8 years of pharmaceutical experience within commercial and government contracting

is appreciated however is not mandatory

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in managing teams or large projects

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders

\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience processing either Chargebacks or T&D rebates will be appreciated

\xe2\x97\x8f Good people management skills and should have worked with large teams

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with managing, processing, and reporting data

\xe2\x97\x8f Should have a good US healthcare background

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to perform under tight deadlines and balance multiple customer assignments

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication along with presentation skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Sound analytics skills to perform work with attention to detail and accuracy

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong technical skills with Microsoft office applications, proficiency in Excel required

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to produce high-quality deliverables to senior-level contacts with minimal management

review

\xe2\x97\x8f Having experience with working on Revitas, Flex, Model N or iContracts would be preferential
