Roles and Responsibilities Assistant Manager Operations who manages a group of Team Leader along with a team and evaluates, observes, designs, plans, continuously monitors, and controls the operations process. The responsibility of this role being to analyze the existing business process, identifying the defect (performing RCA), and rectifying (corrective & preventive actions) them to ensure optimal production and quality output, helps to enhance the productivity and ensuring adherence to control checks to avoid any leakages. Managing Service Delivery (SLAs, KPIs, Quality etc...) and ensuring contractual requirement adherence and commitment and appropriate control checks .Driving effective Internal & External Governances. Driving Operations hygiene to ensure effective and efficient daily Ops Focus on the end to end process and take note of the matters that affect the production process (FMEA) and their impacts and improve on the areas identified with effective problem solving techniques. Assisting in planning, forecasting, resources allocation, and scheduling process improvement projects. Track, monitor, and communicate the hindrance and defects in the production process. Training and educating the individuals involved in the daily process management and operations of different business processes. Analyzing the present operations, forecasting the near future changes and prepare new/recommended business process approach accordingly to meet the changing needs of clients /industry requirements. Monitor the operations of each team/function and providing feedback to Team leader/s. Guiding and supervising and suggesting a possible adjustment to enhance the Business process. Observe, analyze and present/submission of the progress reports, feedbacks Quality Assurance Check the final output and conduct several rounds of quality assurance testing or review and train the person responsible for it. Ensure the quality meets the client, company or organizations goal and policy. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum relevant experience of 5-8 years preferably from BPO/KPO/ITES industry. Mentoring a group of Team Leads in Team, Process, People and Quality Management. Proven experience as a Supervisor/Mentor or in a similar role Bachelors or Master's in any Domain Excellent working knowledge on MS Excel, Word, Presentation and Reporting skills Outstanding verbal or written communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects Driven, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activates Ability to work in night shifts in a 24x7 work environment.
