Job Brief:
Associate Manager will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of Project EICCHA. They will work towards building up the brand of Project EICCHA online. They will responsible to exploring new avenues within the PWD community where Project EICCHA can provide its services. They will be in-charge of building a mental health alliance with existing NGO organisations working in the disability sector as well as the counselling setups across the country.

About the Team:
Project EICCHA (EnAble India\xe2\x80\x99s Counselling and Coaching Hub Alliance) is a brand new initiative started by the organisation with the aim of providing access to mental wellness for the PWD (Persons with disability) community through one-on-one counselling, group counselling, workshops. Through the project we are working towards reaching PWDs and their caregivers at the onset of disability and providing them access to mental wellness services throughout the life-cycle. Through this initiative the organisation also wants to take a step towards building PWD friendliness within the existing mental health ecosystem as well as building PWD friendly mental health professionals for the future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute operations tasks under the project
  • Work towards building social media presence for the project
  • Assist in conducting mental health awareness workshops
  • Manage day-to-day functioning of the project
  • Setup meetings and work with project stakeholders to build a mental health alliance
  • Timely reporting of activities and project documentation
Required qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation (Graduation preferably with a degree in psychology. MBA or a relevant management degree is a plus).

Required experience: 2+years

Interest and Skills:
  • Capability to work with communities and various stake-holders
  • Ability to work in multi-stakeholder environment
  • Willingness to travel on work
  • Good at application knowledge of basic computers, Microsoft Office and the internet
  • Good written and verbal English communications
  • Quick and efficient at completing project tasks
  • Multilingual is preferable
