Associate Manager - Operations (Social Media Management)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Manager, responsible for managing the social media presence, reputation, and on-demand promotional posts for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA. As an Associate Manager, you will be crucial in enhancing our clients\' online visibility, engagement, and brand image. If you are passionate about social media, have a creative flair, and possess strong communication skills, this role is perfect for you.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute on-demand promotional posts for clients to drive sales and promotions effectively.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts aligned with clients\' marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client\'s brand voice, values, and unique selling propositions.
  • Implement reputation management strategies to ensure a positive online image for our clients and promptly address any negative feedback or reviews.
  • Using AI tools to understand & Delivery customer goals
  • Continuous Training and Development: Arrange training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team members.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team and monitor their progress regularly.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise within the operations team or between different departments.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews for operational staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among different departments to foster a collaborative work environment and also with customers in the USA.
Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Bachelor\'s degree in any degree with relevant experience.

2. 3+ Years of Proven work experience in social media management and reputation management

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Should have a Successful track record of handling a Team of around 10\xe2\x80\x9315 members.

5. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media efforts.

6. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

7. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Having the below skills will give an advantage
  • Knowledge of using ChatGPT and Prompt engineering - Generative AI
  • Experience in handling paid social media advertising campaigns
