ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES \' Create and implement a comprehensive new product development plan that is inline, business objective and market trends. \' To discover product prospectus and evaluate market potentials. \' Do market research including competition analysis, customer en and market trends. \' Define product objectives, specification and performance goals. \' Exploring new technologies, material and manufacturing techniques. \' Establish and maintain project schedule, finance and resources. \' Keep up with market trends, technical development and legal requirements. \' Develop strong product positioning, marketing plans and sales support, material conjunction with sales and marketing team. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS \' MBA Marketing/MBA International Business \' Candidates having MBA in Marketing from reputed universities will be given first preference. \' 0-1 years of experience. (Around 1-2 years of prior experience in similar business would be preferred.) \' Candidate should be from Ahmedabad and nearby place only. \' Minimum 80% marks in 10+2 \' Female/ Male PREFERRED SKILLS \' Analytical and problem solving skills \' Ability to translate market insides and consumer feedback in to actionable product improvement. \' Strong project management ability. \' Outstanding interpersonal and communication ability. \' Result driven mentality. \' Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Advance Excel and project management tools.
