Associate Manager Logistics

The role responsible for Logistics and import-export activity. He/she should be collaborate with overseas and domestic customers / suppliers for import/export activities. He/She should optimize the import / export procedures and reduce the cost in process.

He/She Should have independent work experience for export/import ( Trade Supply and Intercomapny Supply ) activities and documentation ( CHA clearance / Import / Export duties / AWB / BOE / BOL , E.Way Bill and taxes )

Should have good knowledge of international / domestic Treading Incoterms

Can communicate with local forwarder and overseas customers / suppliers for export/import activities.

Should have inport/export domestic trading documentation for audit purpose.

Strategically plan and manage logistic, transportation and customer services

Handle Inbound / outbound and shipments and prepare invoice documentation.

Provide support to sales team and customers to keep them informes of dispatch updates.

Ability to work under pressure and to motivate and achive a good working relationship with personnel at all levels.

Responsible for CFA operations \xe2\x80\x93 Invoicing , CFA accounting, payments applications, reconciliations, Distribution.

Responsible for coordination with BU Heads, CFAs, & Finance stakeholders.

He/She should support for documentation all types of company audits.

Ensuring all regulatory/statutory requirements relating to both Legal Entities\xe2\x80\x99 SCM operations are met.

Accounts Receivables:

\xc2\xb7 CFA , Vendor / Transport Accounting, Reconciliations, Provisions

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with Carrying and Forwarding Agents (CFAs) for smooth AR & Invoicing Operations.

\xc2\xb7 Monthly MIS of receivables - Support BU\xe2\x80\x99s with monthly AR MIS / Adhoc information requests

\xc2\xb7 Statutory Audit requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Provisions, Balance Confirmations, Reconciliations and all allied activities

Inventories \xe2\x80\x93

Support inventory accounting activities - Monthly inventory valuation checking, physical inventory checks. Analysis of Inventory ratios, obsolescence of inventory, Inventory levels, Provisions adequacies etc.

Ensure implementation of HARP policies and procedures, monthly provision reviews.

Liaison with Business Support Centres

Statutory Compliances:

Ensure smooth statutory audit compliance in respect of inventories and Accounts receivables.

Support Sr. Manager Finance in maintaining relevant records under Cost Records Rules and get the same audited.

B. Com / M. Com / MBA in Supply Chain

Advance skills in MS Excel / SAP and Ariba Application

Experience

+5 years in Distribution and Logistics and Carrying and Forwarding Agents (CFAs) Operation Experience in managing CFA / Warehouse Operation.

+2 years in Import / Export Experience

Good at inter-personal communications \xe2\x80\x93 English / Hindi / Marathi

Good Skills on Microsoft Excel

Good SAP OTC and Ariba Experience

Experience in dealing with Shared Service Centres

Experience in dealing with CFAs / Warehouses
