ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
To manage major aspects of Operation finance planning, analysis and financial reporting process. Lead process for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting and Long term planning. Business Partner to drive Cost Management, Process Efficiency , Effectiveness & Strong Support to Manufacturing Sites . Understand and drive factors to improve cost and process . Activities may include, but are not limited to: REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Strong Team Player in the APAC Ops Finance Team and Leading Country/Region Ops Finance role
• Manage closing, financial controls, compliance, forecasting, budgeting and process and project improvements
• Oversee the efficient operation finance process and cost effectiveness of operations and supply chain finance programs.
• Manage the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports .
• Ensure that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable regulations, professional standards, and organization policies.
• Ensure all tasks are assigned and performed on time. Prioritize time to focus on the key financial enabling activities
• Demonstrate and inspire integrity. Anticipate questions, issues and challenges from management, external audit, etc
• Clear understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance related Process , identify the improvement areas in terms of process and cost
• Accumulate and apply overhead cost as required by generally accepted accounting principles.
• Identify the Key Risk and Opportunity in the financials in terms of cost and process
• Focus on complex planning issues around the Annual Operating Plan. Provide recommendations to management.
• Partner Capex Management & drive Business modeling for CAPEX projects, Analyze various options and assist management in decision making. Assist in the preparation of the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) with other functions. Ensure final analysis is complete and accurate.
• Lead planning for the Strategic Plan for multiple manufacturing site and supply chain
• Partner with Ops/SCM/Indirect procurement team with financial analysis to help achieve savings through different sources.
• Monitor or conduct ongoing analysis of potential and current investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and other investments.
• Manage the preparation of all reports related to new business opportunities; analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results and provide interpretative comments and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze product pricing to determine profitability; recommend adjustments.
• Work closely with the Business and Operations team to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables.

Minimum Education and Years of Relevant Experience. Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Finance or related field.
• CMA / CA
• 4 to 8 years finance or related experience.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel, Macro skills and Business Modeling.

• Well conversant with MS Office , GSuite , Experience in Hyperion and Power BI is an added advantage

• Conversant with applicable Tax, Laws and Industry knowledge.
• Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Finance Black Belt: Ideally has Green Belt and finance/accounting specific certifications depending upon expertise (CIA, Tax, SCM)
• Must have a valid Passport.
• Open for flexible Shifts.
• Open for Travel at least on 10 days in a Qtr outside/within India.
• Manufacturing experience is must
