Location: Building No: 12C, Floor 9,10,11, Building No: 12B -Stilt floor, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards. Design for commercial and industrial product need and standards. Create where no available. Requirements 10+ years of experience and proven UI/UX experience track record. Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXpin, Quartz and OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
