What you will do: Reporting to Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement, your responsibilities include performing research to understand the current capacity of a logistics network, collecting, and analyzing data, and coming up with solutions on how to improve systems or propose new features. The role will enhance Stryker\'s capabilities in logistics spend optimization with the help of data analytics. This position will be responsible for creating logistics analytics framework using BI tools and digital solutions offerings Perform End to End Value Chain assessment and Network Mapping. Conduct process gap assessment and suggest improvements (standardization, harmonization, and digitization) Develop digital solutions using different analytical tools (PowerApps, SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, Power Automate). Design and implement automated reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across segments of the business. Effectively communicate and present complex analytics to stakeholders and customers. Using BI tools to analyze data and report out results for process improvements. To participate in analytics projects and business initiatives as they arise in SC analytics and operations. Provide need-based training on benchmarking, assessment & diagnostics tools!
