We are looking for a marketing professional to support the execution of Spotify Advertising's B2B marketing strategy in India. This position is full time, based in Mumbai, and will report into the Enterprise Marketing Manager, India.

As the Associate Enterprise Marketing Manager for India, you will be responsible for marketing programs that build awareness, educate and inspire enterprise brands and media agencies, towards booking ad campaigns on Spotify. The role incorporates all aspects of B2B enterprise marketing including digital, social and experiential extensions. Working closely with sales stakeholders in the region and with other Enterprise Marketing team members globally, you will own the development, communication, and execution of the local B2B marketing strategy in efficient and scalable ways.

We are looking for an energetic, creative marketer, with a background in B2B marketing, and extensive experience in the Indian media & advertising industry. The candidate must be resourceful, organised and able to take ownership and develop well-defined processes to enable effective campaign rollouts. Experience working in global organisations will be highly regarded, especially platform or publisher based

What you'll do

  • Identify in-market challenges and make recommendations to drive education and inspiration around the
offering within India's largest media and advertising agencies. * Adapt, localise and translate key sales collateral for the India sales team, including the development of new sales collateral and content pieces. This will involve ensuring narratives are consistent with the global Spotify Advertising story but culturally relevant to India through local data and insights.
  • Writing and developing local success stories / case studies.
  • Coordination of virtual or in-person events, and managing day to day communications with local events partners / agencies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, and how to partner with local agencies to deliver them.
  • Identify key local industry events and trade organizations in India to partner with and increase Spotify's industry presence through sponsorship, speakerships, activations and attendance
  • Reporting and measurement of marketing activities, and marketing budget.
Who you are
  • You have a minimum of 7 years experience in B2B marketing, Strategic marketing or a related field in India, ideally from the technology, advertising, or media industry. Experience in a similar B2B marketing role at a media owner / publisher or platform would be highly regarded.
  • You have business level fluency in English (verbal and written) and have extensive experience in the India Market.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Indian advertising and media landscape.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally.
  • You have exceptional project management skills, highly organised, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to adhere to a budget as well as negotiate vendor rates
  • You have experience using Keynote and Google Slides to craft sales materials / collateral
