The Incumbent will plan, lead and coordinate continuous improvement efforts and manage ELS Project Leaders within the Operations area. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Drives for gains in productivity, quality and efficiency by embedding ELS Program across site.
• Support Head of Operations to maintain a professional and well-motivated team, and to ensure succession for all key positions - through the facilitation of appropriate training and development.
• To develop an environment which seeks continuous improvement implementing PDCA.
• Partner with site leaders to train and deploy Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) practices.
• Own ELS assessment and improvement initiatives.
• Support the Operations team and introduce them to: value steam management process, 5S, visual controls, VSM, Kanban, Daily MDI, etc.
• Develop ELS training plans, site\xe2\x80\x99s trainers and track progress.
• Apply Enterprise Lean Sigma assessment throughout the site and participate on ELS site assessments.
• Identify and communicate various ELS readings, training and benchmarking opportunities.
• Identify project opportunities within a site or across business units.
• Deliver productivity resulting in alignment with business expectations
• Train and develop the local team with problem solving capabilities
• Act as a change leader for driving operational excellence
• Achieve process standardization and constantly identify best practice opportunities
• Become a data-focus and system driven expert embracing digital transformation for smart factory
• Embed continuous improvement as the fundamental ways of working across the organization

Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• A professional Engineer having at least BE degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Passion and commitment to Enterprise Lean Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Hands on experience in operational excellence program (i.e. TPM, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, etc. is a must).
• 8+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of Production / Shift management.
• Influencing with w/o authority to make changes happens across functions and departments.
• Track record of being a change agent.
• Successful and effective communicator.
