Details
1. Requires deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience of technologies to lead, understand and gather technical requirement to design a redundant and secure IT infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), that includes sizing, documentation, and cost estimation.
2. Should be proficient in collaborating with other functional and technical teams to plan and execute Proof of Concepts, Pilots, pre-production, and Production deployments with complex co-existence of compatible and hybrid infrastructure, with cross-functional teams, to ensure appropriate representation of needs within projects.
3. Ability to creates technology roadmaps for Collaboration domains in any two of the area Microsoft 365, VMWare, Citrix and technologies like Messaging, Mobility, Data, Telephony, Endpoint, VDI, DWP Tools (SCCM, Monitoring), SharePoint and Remote Desktops
4. Supports the development of design guidelines, technical drawings, and documentation.
5. Tools responsibilities include OS Image Build Management, Patch Management, Software packaging and publishing to end points, Inventory Management, Backup & Maintenance, Reporting

Technical Skills
Deep domain knowledge and hands-on expertise on executing large projects in any two of the following technologies and overall domain knowledge of each of the following:

Microsoft 365

• Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune), on-premises Exchange, LDAP, PowerShell scripting
• Migration to O365, Administering EXOL, Azure AD, ADFS
• Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 & O365 versions and messaging technologies
• Active Directory: MS Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 /2016
• Network Load Balancer, WAN requirement for global messaging sites, DNS
• Security principals to Identify and incorporate deprecated / supported algorithms / protocols, Iron-port, McAfee, Symantec
• Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting
• Teams and CQD reporting with Power BI
• Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and End Points

• Enterprise Mobility Management using Intune/XenMobile/AirWatch
