What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do & how you\xe2\x80\x99ll make your mark.

\xc2\xb7Responsible for all month end close and financial reporting activities as per US GAAP;

\xc2\xb7Responsible for day-to-day transactions and ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes;

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly PL analysis and Balance sheet reconciliation;

\xc2\xb7Responsible for preparation of financials statements as per Indian GAAP;

\xc2\xb7Assistance in resolving adhoc queries as and when raised by the internal stakeholders;

\xc2\xb7Review of the Fixed asset register and reconciliation with the books on a monthly basis;

\xc2\xb7Preparation of Advance tax computation as per IGAAP on quarterly basis;

\xc2\xb7Assisting other team members by providing inputs on the processes;

\xc2\xb7Co-ordinate with ICFR auditors, statutory auditor and tax auditors for timely closure of audits;

Who you are & what you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting;

\xc2\xb7Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business;

\xc2\xb7Proven experience in MNC environment and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets. MIS and Financial reporting;

\xc2\xb7Experience managing the month end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less

\xc2\xb7Knowledge/ experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP, particularly revenue recognition

\xc2\xb7Registered Chartered accountant in India

\xc2\xb7Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities

\xc2\xb7Excellent verbal and written communication
