The primary responsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfolio surveillance reporting services to global institutional investors investing in loan portfolios, asset backed financing or securitisation transactions The role would entail researching across various asset classes and work on the day-to-day administration of loan servicing and portfolio management across different geographies He/she would also be required to interact and coordinate with client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral Key Responsibilities Onboarding the clients investment portfolio on Oxanes proprietary platform with the help of IT team. Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes Review and extract relevant data from financial statements, loan agreements, amendment documents and other reports as required by clients or for analysing the credit Monitoring of key scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date, Financial Statements, Insurance Requirement, etc. Monitoring and reviewing borrower reporting (financials, and compliance certificates, borrowing base) with keen focus on underlying financial covenants and the legitimacy of borrower reported income and expenses Running waterfall on Interest payment date Build financial models/reports as per clients requirements and analyze historical performance to identify the key drivers, to assess the performance Assist in the preparation of ongoing reporting as required by the clients Other duties as may be assigned. Presenting the analytics to clients to match their expectations Requirements Required Experience Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines Desired Candidate Profile Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, CRE Loan Servicing preferable
