About the department Our Data Management group is 350+ professionals spanning across India, Denmark and North America. Data Management sits in Development where we manage clinical drug development worldwide, ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics while delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society. Our newly formed Data Review and Cleaning group sits within the Data Management & Centralised Data Review Department led from our Bengaluru site. The Data Review and Cleaning group has been set up to centralise and modernize the data review and cleaning processes, implement new methodologies and to develop innovative toolkits supporting the transformation. The position As an Associate Lead, an ideal candidate will be responsible for the deliveries related to therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk, by setting targets according to the overall strategies for Data Review and cleaning. The responsibilities further include following up on deliverables ensuring timely, high quality and cost-effective outcomes are achieved. The person will be a member of the Data Management trial team whose key responsibility is data review and cleaning as per the Data Management Monitoring Plan (DMM) and as directed by the Point of Contact (PoC) Clinical Trial Data Manager who leads the project as part of the trial squad, who will lead the project individually. The key to success for this role will be innovation, change management and thrive for timely deliveries. Data review and data cleaning activities including data, report, visualizations, analytics review and relevant query raising and closure Report creation, review and aggregation as requested by point of contact for Clinical Trial Data Management. Review of clinical data in various formats database, datasets, listings, reports, visualizations, analytics etc. for completeness, accuracy, and integrity. Proactively own and drive all data review and cleaning activities in consultation with the PoC CTDM. Use data visualisation methods to review / understand data to support PoC CTDM making operational decisions Qualifications 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor or master\'s degree in natural science, business administration or engineering. Experience of change management, process improvement projects or IT system implementations is preferred. Experience with any data base like DMW, Oracle, Medi Data Rave, inform etc is a must. Experience with or basics on the programming language like Python, Power Bi, R etc is preferred. Proactive with ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
