Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers. Required skills -

• Fundamental analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communications and articulation skills. Comprehensive and structured approach to documentation and presentation is a must.
• Deep understanding of business fundamentals and roles and responsibilities of various functions in the value chain
• In depth knowledge of one or multiple sectors like pharma and healthcare, tax, retail and consumer, telecom and media, industrial products and services etc. is desirable
• Evidence of creativity, proactivity and influencing skills
• Ability to be the face of the project/firm and resolve issues across geographical and cultural boundaries
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Well versed in MS Office suite, Google Suite of applications, project management tools ( Jira/ ALM/ Azure DevOps/ any other)
• Experience of working in Agile and Waterfall projects
• Basic understanding of data analytics and Business Intelligence concepts, Optional experience of using BI tools.
• Familiarity with data model and data flow concepts.
• Experience in designing mockups and wireframes using any tool would be prefered
• Experience in leading and supporting projects and teams towards project delivery would be a plus
  

Responsibilities -

• Requirement elicitation & analysis by conducting multiple workshops with business stakeholders
• Stakeholder management - Working closely with clients, technical and nontechnical users, development and quality assurance teams
• Created a detailed understanding of the As-Is state using process flow diagrams, BRDs, FRD and other BA documentation techniques
• BA strategy formulation based on the current project need - defining the deliverables, interaction models as well as detailed timelines for ensuring timely delivery
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicating requirements to cross-functional team members and management
• Work with team members as well as client stakeholders to perform thorough testing of the delivered solution
• Conducting meetings to demonstrate the solutions and outcomes - and seek actionable feedback
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance, program management as well as reporting the project progress to the leadership
