Job Description


We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our IHOP group based in Bengaluru/NCR/Hyderabad. IHOP supports Global Recruitment and Core HR teams, across multiple geographies, on critical and data-intensive tasks by delivering high-quality work products. There are four key offerings that make up IHOP\'s portfolio: Sourcing Projects: Identify accomplished candidates for wide array of technical and non-technical positions by utilizing advanced internet searching techniques and creating and maintaining accurate candidate records. Provide reporting and analytics support to Recruiters on sourcing strategies to aid decision making. Automation: Support maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide administrative and strategic support for recruitment-related applications and workflow. Human Capital Operations: Enable complex operations that support our global HR functions, such as new hire onboarding, background checks and benefits. Structured Interviewing: Support the firm-wide initiative to research and reduce unconscious bias while hiring candidates. What you\'ll do day-to-day In this role, you will support the Global Recruitment team to identify accomplished candidates for finance and technical positions by creating and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will be providing administrative support for recruitment-related applications and workflows. You will be a part of the various complex operations that support our global HR functions, such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and benefits. Additionally, you will support the team on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
