Driving Automation projects
Job Purpose
  • To digitize of existing physical service and transactions raised across different channels
  • Creating frictionless digital channel journeys for seamless customers experience
  • Bring best in class digital solutions for our branch customers and employees
  • Development, management, monitoring and deployment of the key projects
  • Implement digital solutions that power customer experience on service requests raised across different channels.
  • Drive engagement with multiple stakeholders to identify business requirements, process implementation, development and deployment
  • Align internal and external stakeholders by ascertaining the requirements and look for technological capabilities for delivering the same
  • Identify with respective teams the customer, process, risk and business impact due to digital transformation
  • Ensure approvals on projects from stakeholders like Business Technology Group / IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Legal, Business and make necessary amendments if needed
  • Own entire lifecycle of development and implementation
Go Live and Deployments
  • Responsible for timely launch/deployment of projects with collaboration amongst BTG, IT, Vendors, ISG, Business etc
  • Monitoring and finalization of UATs and CUG testing with respective teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate product implementations and governance structures
  • Handover new solutions designed to stakeholder for onward implementation by the Channel.
  • Ensuring the training of channel managers for successful rollout & handling customer issues raised on launch
  • Support Stakeholder on all possible inputs on the roll out for smooth implementation by the team.

  • Monitor development of projects and ensure achievement of commitments on time, cost, and quality
  • Tracking and monitoring of deployed projects w.r.t. adoption by users, customers and impact on costs/revenue

  • Banking process and product knowledge

  • Excellent inter personal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to Innovate and implement new digital technologies
