  • Position Purpose
Managing Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange operations and processing access requests from employees or external users, ensuring accuracy and adherence to access control policies. Perform periodic User Access Review and Monitoring in accordance with defined guidelines and ensuring audit readiness.

  • Access Request Review: Process access requests from employees or external users, ensuring accuracy and adherence to access control policies
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions: UAM analysts are responsible for creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts within the organization's identity management system.
  • Collaborate for precise access control: UAM analysts work closely with the UAM team to ensure that individuals within the organization are granted the appropriate level of access to resources. This collaboration helps maintain the balance between security and operational efficiency.
  • Administer the UAM system daily: This involves the routine management of the identity and access management system, including tasks like user provisioning, deprovisioning, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UAM issues: When problems or issues related to identity and access management occur, UAM analysts step in. They troubleshoot and resolve these issues promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Review access control reports for security: They regularly review access reports to identify potential risks or violations. This proactive approach helps maintain a secure access environment and minimizes the risk of unauthorized access.
Work Exposure:
