JOB DESCRIPTION As a Test Engineer Primary reasonability is to Design and Development of Automated Test Equipment.Below are the details of R&R for each Test Engineer Able to handle the projects from start to deployment and commissioning independentlyPart of each project (New/upgrade), Engineer able to perform following tasks independently SOW Creation Details design with schematic/drawings Detail BOM Design reviews Software, Mechanical interactions Regular Project updates to PM and Manager Parts procurement which involves Vendor and sourcing team interaction Test Fixture build, debug, validate Test fixture deployment and commissioning at site, which requires travel for 2-3 Weeks Create Test Procedures Our Ideal Candidate Excellent Hands on experienced in designing, build and deployment of Automated Test Equipment. Highly experienced in designing of electrical schematics , BOM preparation, control panel and cable harnesses Hands on experience in field deployment, troubleshooting issues and documentation. Excellent Communication skills within team and cross functional teams. Good understanding on project requirement, statement of work and ability to independently provide concept with lead time and cost proposal. Additional Qualifications: Good knowledge and hands on experience on Data Acquisition & control system Good knowledge and hands on experience on Power distribution system Design for Safety and Ergonomics requirements Pneumatic circuits, Vacuum circuit and component selection Value add if has good knowledge on fluid system and mechanics Noise isolation, grounding techniques, Signal condition Software debugging, integration and testing. SEMI S2, S8 standards
