Role Proficiency: Apply electrical and mechanical engineering principles to develop professional cost effective designs as a part of the team with support from Designer-III and Lead.

Outcomes: * Electricala. Development of 2D wire harness drawings conforming with customer requirements and industrial drafting standardsb. Use design of hardware fixation components such as brackets clips and mounting points using 3D modelling modulec. Development of wire harness routing designs in 3D which includes ensuring secure routing of harness to corresponding connectors d. Create and understand schematic drawings.

• Mechanicala. Hydraulic Design: Design of hydraulic systems; selection of hydraulic components and fittings and hydraulic routings using Pro-E Wildfireb. Structural Design: Design of structural members castings and weld fabricationsc. Weld Design: Design of welding structural componentsd. \xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd Vehicle Integration and Assembly: Contribute to Mechanical or Electrical integration as a part of Vehicle integration and assemblye. FEA: Understand and apply Finite Element Analysis in Mechanical design

- Role Title: Electrical Engineer UST is looking for an Electrical Engineer to design and implement electrical changes in heavy engineering domain Candidate should have experience in wiring Harness design and development and Working knowledge in 2D harness creation, pro cabling and Schematic 1. Ability to work in Vehicle electrical systems and components for mining trucks, chassis systems and Electrical Control Box design 2. Knowledge in wiring harness parts 3. Experience in wiring harness parts selection -Connectors, Connector accessories parts, Protective covers, Conduit selection, Junction pieces selection, Adaptors, Back shell, wire gauge selection, cable selection, Terminal selection, heat shrink, splice concept 4. Experience in Engineering change control documentation- Engineering change request (ECR) 5. Knowledge in preparing the Engineering master parts list (BOM) 6. Experience in Manufacturing 2D harness drawing preparation, 3D modeling routing and Installation/information fitment for trucks 7. Knowledge in Electrical components -Battery, Fuse, Relay, Switches, Sensors, Solenoids, ECM, Lights, Motor and alternator 8. Experience in design and wire size calculation as per the Components Electrical Load 9. Experience in Schematic creation 10. Strong Knowledge in Concept design routing and selection of clips/clamps, Grommets etc. 11. Knowledge in wiring harness securing and selection of mounting hardware 12. Creating and modifying Sheet metal parts, Weldment assemblies and drawings. Required skill set; 1. Working knowledge of harness design and Schematic packages 2. Working Knowledge of AutoCAD, or VeSys Classic 3. Working Knowledge of Creo or PRO-E 4. Working Knowledge of PLM (Wind-chill or Team center)
