POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: Associate will be responsible to complete all tasks assigned as per the timelines on iCABS entry processing, iCABS adjustments, terminations. The incumbent will have to work as part of the team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Verify all documents received against expected protocol. Communicate, co-ordinate escalate any deviations, incomplete information provided with branch to ensure revenue is not impacted Process entries and adjustments into iCABS which have cleared verification into iCABS Co-ordinate with assigned branch teams for their sales submissions, renewal scenarios, terminations etc Good understanding of iCABS, company's sales and other business-related policies Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports that are assigned Co-ordinate with Branch and Finance team for any Invoice/Credit Note corrections and clarification Testing scenarios for new situations
