We currently have vacancies for an Associate - Hygiene & Sanitation to join our Executive Office team . Duties Supervising and coordinating operations in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Verifies compliance with Brand Standards requirements throughout the operations. Verifies compliance with food and hygiene regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food operations. Providing on Job training for all food handlers Verifying cleaning program in all kitchen and F&B areas, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. Requirements Bachelor\'s/ master\'s degree in any Food science /Microbiology/Biotechnology Knowledge about ISO22000 certification /HACCP and Knowledge of FSSAI Act and regulations. Good verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years\' experience in the food safety & hygiene field (Preferable hotels & Catering)
