Within Advisory, PwC has a large team (GovTech) that focus on transformation in Government through
Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and
bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire
project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Broad Role / Responsibilities
The incumbent will primarily work under the overall guidance of Central PMU and report to the state-
level authorities. The broad role typically entails the following activities -
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) for computerization in the state
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with stakeholders to gather state-specific needs and communicate the same to Central
PMU/System Integrators
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide management/technical support for project implementation and post-implementation,
as well as prepare necessary MIS reports applicable to the state
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the implementation progress in the state and follow up with stakeholders as necessary
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate capacity building for the state
Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 The role requires a candidate with technology/consulting/accounting experience of 3+ years
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates should have an eagerness to learn, an executive presence, and a good attitude
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates having domain knowledge or experience in the agriculture sector are preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates from Agri-specific institutes like, MANAGE Hyderabad, Vamnicom Pune, NIAM
Jaipur, NAARM Hyderabad are preferred
Specific Past Work Experience Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 3+ years of Technology/Consulting experience preferably in the Government sector
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the Agriculture domain is highly preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Financial Services (Credit/Lending) or in accounting will also be considered
Educational Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Graduate in Engineering or Commerce (B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Com.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s is a plus
