Inviting applications for the role of a Process Associate / Senior Process Associate - Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the clients, credit managers/ credit administration team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support Credit Administration activity for leading auto-finance client.
  • Activities may include Due Diligence, KYC, Financial Spreading, Time Sensitive Research & Reporting, UCC Filing, Insurance/License Follow-ups, legal name search, User ID set-up etc. for Auto-Dealerships & its parties.
  • Should be able to do multitask; Learn and support multiple activities, as needed.
  • Ensure request is completed within timeline and with required accuracy (as per process SLAs)
  • All other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene.

Qualifications
  • MBA in Finance; 0-3 years of experience.
  • Should have good understanding of financial concepts related to Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Financial Ratios, Credit Bureaus, KYC and Due Diligence.
  • Proficient in information research and interpretation skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills to handle client calls and emails.
  • Proficient in MS office-suite.
