About the Role:

As an HR operations associate, you will handle the effective operation and execution of the internal HR system.

What will you do:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day HR Operations processes, including onboarding, off boarding, letter creation and transfers

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including background checks, induction sessions and documentation completion

- Ensure the accuracy of data entry and updates in the HRIS system, including salaries

- Handling the end to end off boarding process, including the exit clearances and issuance of relieving & experience letters

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR Operations processes, such as payroll and benefits administration

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HRIS and other databases

- Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy

- Process employee\'s data change requests, such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Generate and publish HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and track HR metrics

- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect legislative changes and organisational needs

- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management

- Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to address employee queries and ensure smooth benefits administration

- Support the annual benefits open enrolment process, including communication, enrolment tracking, and data management

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR processes

- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance the scalability of the People Ops tea

What are we looking out for?

Must have:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, preferably in the SAAS industry

- Excellent understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in MS Excel & Data Management skills
