Our team designs, develops and programs the methods, processes, and systems that are used to collect all forms of data and develop models that serve predictions to applications, automated process flows, and stakeholders. A Data Scientist collects domain context from stakeholders, defines hypothesis and prediction tasks, identifies and creates supporting data sources, conducts experiments with various algorithms to model prediction tasks, undertakes validation and tests of models to improve performance, produces pipelines that can be used to automate training and predictions with unseen or production data, identifies meaningful insights from data sources, and contextualizes model outputs to communicate with stakeholders (product owners, process managers, and end consumers).

Level: Analyst/Specialist/Associate or Consultant
Location: Any. However, must be willing to come to office base location when need arises.

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand Digital Offering Risk Management Framework (DORM)
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with CDO team DORM lead to assist business team to address and close procedural aspects of
DORM approval before Product Go-Live / Market Launch
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist business teams to address and close procedural queries
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up with business teams for actions to be taken up and update DORM lead
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist DORM lead to work with other Risk, Quality, IT, CISO, Branding, Technology Solutions,
Independence, Legal and other teams as required
\xef\x82\xb7 Draft Monthly or periodic MIS/reporting as per the internal guideline
\xef\x82\xb7 Create and update FAQs, where necessary
\xef\x82\xb7 Support compliance checkpoints
\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver assigned work tasks under strict deadlines while maintaining the quality of work delivered as
per standards set
\xef\x82\xb7 Interact with the Business teams to understand open points and assist in closure of the same
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with business to update/create processes/procedures/methods as needed
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support in various activities like communications, process improvement ideas, special projects
driven by CDO office
\xef\x82\xb7 Working under the guidance of the DORM leads and escalate issues promptly
