  • Compliance with regulations
  • Advice on controls and processing system weaknesses

  • Accounting and regulatory advice on national GAAP a nd IFRS, including specialists in complex areas such as process improvement, information security, valuations, pensions and share programs, listings, IFRS conversions, corporate treasury, company secretarial and corporate governance.

  • Executing various engagements as a field in-charge

  • Engaging with a team to ensure smooth closure of the project on a timely basis
Education and Experience : Freshly Qualified / 0-2 years of work experience Academic Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Candidate Specifications ( insert the relevant personal skills here) : Essential S kills:
  • Thorough technical knowledge on Corporate Law, Accounting Standards and Tax.
  • Basic knowledge of Indirect tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing.
  • General business awareness
  • Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills
