OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To drive and support a range of high impact projects, digging into the weeds and distilling complex and/or simple ideas with high level exposure to leadership and a strong vantage point from which to learn about cross functional business operations. And to share in our passion for books and story-telling\xe2\x80\xa6
STAKEHOLDERS FOR THE ROLE
INTERNAL : CEO, Leadership team, Internal Departments
EXTERNAL : Strategic Publishing & Media Partners
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leadership meeting preparations:
- providing information and insights to a broad range of business leaders that tells a story to drive strategic decision making
- Coordinate relevant materials for discussions
- Produce and prepare key business documents
- Own and support strategic development projects
- Market research and industry analysis in order to make recommendations in strategic planning
- Provide high level support on strategic and operational projects
- 2+ years of work experience either through internships and/or full-time experience in the above-mentioned key accountabilities is preferable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
- Strong preference for experience in media, content, consulting, business development or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address issues and effect change
