About the Department is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas including Insulin, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports global marketing forHaemophilia and growth disorders.In Obesity Therapy Area, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the Commercial Global Business services (GBS) unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda and Obesity & NASH pipelines. The Position As an Associate Global Product Lead, you will be responsible for implementing the brand strategy, development of core materials aligned with the strategy, optimize promotional materials. You will be responsible for brand asset management, financial budget, and brand maintenance through cross-functional collaboration. Internal and external stakeholder management is key to this role. Lead the Implementation of global brand strategy by driving tactical planning. Brand maintenance and the allied tracks of the brand ecosystem like Patient Support Program. Support the development of the therapy area strategy. Lead important brand forums and present the brand progress that enables local market sustain business. Optimisation of brand plan. Qualifications Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), Engineering (B.Tech). Master\'s Degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute. Fluency in written and oral English. 10+ years of overall experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Brand Management. Experience within chronic disease therapy area is preferred. Experience in brand strategy & tactical plan development and implementation. Proven experience in working with HCP engagement and/or KOL engagement. Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders. Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations etc. Strong content writing skills. Strong s with demonstrated experience in analysing datasets and synthesizing the analytics/data to into recommendations for improved marketing effectiveness. Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must. This job is located in Bangalore, India and International travel will be required for 5-10 days a year.
