Present Requirement: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced contract specialist to join our firm as an Associate. This position demands a professional with a keen eye for detail, robust legal expertise, and the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and management. Key Qualifications: Educational Background: Must possess a law degree (LL.B. or higher). Location: Applicant must be Mumbai-based. Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in contract management and review, preferably within a corporate law firm, advisory, or consulting environment. Mandatory Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, marking up, negotiating, and finalising a variety of agreements and contracts.
• Must have experience with Master Service Agreements, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), End-User License Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, and SAAS contracts.
• A deep understanding of key commercial considerations, risk management, compliance, regulatory challenges in emerging sectors (such as fintech and AI), and the nuances of cross-border operations.

Client Interaction: This role involves significant client interaction. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing client communications, coordinating with clients, and negotiating with counterparties and their legal counsel. Remuneration: The position entails a salary ranging from Rs. 5,00,000 to Rs. 8,00,000 per annum, which will be offered based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
