Job Description

It is a front-end role involving regular interaction with the clients and investors -
\xef\x82\xb7 Executing a range of value-added tasks including but not limited to preparing pitch-books,
investment memorandums, teasers, business plans, valuation models including DCF, trading
and transaction comps, SOTP, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain financial models from scratch.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company
reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, driven benchmarking, and opportunity assessments
through in-depth secondary research.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and update sector databases and valuation tables in excel.
\xef\x82\xb7 Independently interact with the investors to know their investment preferences and pitch investment
proposals to them
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct micro and macro level industry/sector analysis, company and country profiles,
identification of potential targets and buyers, macro-economic analysis, market and sector
updates, capital structure analysis, ratings advisory etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide data and analysis based on various client requests.
\xef\x82\xb7 Chips in toward running project timelines and quality of results in a manner to
ensure \xe2\x80\x9cHigh Client Happiness\xe2\x80\x9d.
\xef\x82\xb7 Be fluent in business related content writing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Train and Mentor analysts/freshers/interns in the team
Desired Profile:
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have excellent MS Excel skills to prepare financial models. Should be able to
independently handle models
\xef\x82\xb7 Good report writing skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong business acumen
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong accounting and finance knowledge
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication skills (oral/written) with proven ability to interact with clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to Manage 2-3 assignments independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Willing to work beyond working hours and weekends, if the delivery timelines demand
