What a typical day looks like: Perform all cost accounting activities that are defined. Understand the corporate policy and follow-up of key cost accounting metrics. Implement time saving/cost reducing initiatives through pocket kaizens & process improvements. Work along with operations team & track reasons for metric non-conformances through regular follow ups Posting month end journal entries related to accruals and reclass in ERP. Prepare & maintain SOP in line with the latest process and document them in DMS. To learn & serve as a backup for cost accountant. The experience we\'re looking to add to our team: B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com/ MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level). Payroll experience of 0 to 1 year Good knowledge of accounting principles. Good written/oral communication skills in English Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
