Organization Profile: Tech Mahindra Foundation is the Corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation set up in 2007, as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013), has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, disability and employability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering. It operates across twelve locations in India. The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs nine Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including five SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics. The goal of setting up these Academies was twofold \xe2\x80\x94 create, build and nurture youth to develop skills in specific industries including healthcare, digital technologies and logistics along with uplifting country\xe2\x80\x99s youth and transforming them into world-class professionals. The Academies offer both diploma and certificate (by the qualified professionals) courses. Work with one of India\xe2\x80\x99s top CSR Foundations. Tech Mahindra Foundation is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual for the above-mentioned vacancy. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Delivering Training as per the schedules

• Track & Monitor student individual development & performance

• Support other staff in delivering training modules

• Mentor & guide students to make them perfect in the subject

• Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norm and schedules

• Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods

• Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the students.

• Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work.

• Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and student receives consistent knowledge.

• Apply and continuously develop innovative sessions techniques to make sessions more effective and interactive

• Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions.

• Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field

• Must be a Team Player

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Must have at least 1-2 years production experience in web development.

• Possess excellent communication skills along with excellent professional use of communicative and written English.

• Should have Problem Solving Ability, Presentation skills, and Team Management Skills.

Technical Skills Required Mandatory

• HTML 5

• CSS 3

• Bootstrap and Other Front-end Libraries

• JavaScript & JQuery

• Object Oriented Programming

• Basics of Programming (C / C++).

Optional

• Oops Concepts using PHP / Java

• SQL (MySQL / Oracle)

• React / Angular

Other Skills:

• Excellent command in teaching Front End tools (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript).

• Should be able to meet e-Learning standards

• Thorough understanding on latest technologies and trends in the market
