Job Description

The position will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 data analysts delivering descriptive and diagnostic
analyses across product lines and functions. A big part of the role is the timely and accurate production of
insights and automation of recurring requests in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.

• Provide insights, perform trend and variance analyses across the product suite and across functions (acquisitions, cross-sell, customer service and collections)
• Assist stakeholders in performing data pulls, basic data manipulations to derive operational insights
• Identify key reporting or MIS gaps, recurring requests from stakeholders and work with the Tableau team to dashboard them
• Export product-specific and function-specific requests to other products and functions, as required
• Act as the bridge between the business teams and the D and A modelling teams -provide timely inputs, insights to improve the sharpness of ML models as well asas model usage.
• Manage a team of data analysts and meet stakeholders' requirements for MIS reports, variance analyses and other adhocs in a timely and accurate manner.
