Indirect Tax Compliance: GST & Service Tax ? Working and updated knowledge on Goods and Services Tax Act. ? GST Consultancy. ? Advisory and providing Opinion on GST to clients on various topics. ? On call Tax advisory with respect to various queries and issues under the GST law. ? GST routine compliance. ? Preparing and filing GST Annual Returns and GST Audits. ? Regular updates to clients in relation to notifications or circulars issued under GST laws for GST Compliance. ? Liaisoning with GST Department regarding GST notice compliances and Departmental procedure and Refunds Proceedings. ? Reviewing the accounting data of client and check for GST compliance as per the tax laws. ? Analyzed applicability of Service tax implications on various transactions. ? Liaisoning with Service Tax Department regarding Assessments Proceedings including Show cause notices, Service Tax Refund Matters. Service Tax Amnesty Scheme. ? Advisory for Service Tax queries. ? Direct Tax Compliance: ? Computation of annual tax liability and subsequent preparation of annual Income Tax Returns of the corporate and non-corporate assesses. ? Income Tax Assessments, Scrutiny and related departmental compliances upto commissionrate Level. ? Assisted in Block Assessment and appeal under Income Tax. ? Conducting Bank Audit for two years of State Bank of India. ? Preparation and Filing of Tax Audits and Statutory Audits of Companies.
