Job Summary Provide active support to Senior Account Managers in the Stressed Asset Group (SAG) and work closely with the CCIB Account Relationship Team for the resolution of various SAG accounts. Independently manage (or support the Senior Account Managers) in the following activities: Liaise with regulators and provide regulatory data and assist in completion of audits Liaise with operational departments- CRC / Operations / Trade Finance/Payments to manage day to day operations in SAG managed accounts. Liaise with various investigative agencies who are investigating the various SAG managed accounts Undertaking timely reviews of accounts to prepare provision reports and ensure adequate provision is held in group as well as local books. Updating updates (Special Asset Review Reports) on quarterly basis for critical accounts and update the senior management on the account status. Maintain database to reflect correct exposure and information in respect of all SAG managed accounts. Seeking approval for proposed strategies and action plans. Control operations across designated accounts to ensure compliance with agreements, regulations etc. Preparation (timeliness and accuracy) of all internal and external reports. Compliance with all Group and Local regulations and SAG policies. Accuracy of Amaedus system (internal SAG system) and timely raising of requests as required by group policy for account strategy/ provisioning etc. Ensure the adequacy of provisions in local books and review the same every quarter as required by RBI guidelines. Manage/assist in conduct of RBI Financial inspection and provide timely data as required. Resolve any queries/issues raised by the regulators. Provide updates / returns as required Actively manage the portfolio and closely monitor the overall RWA. Work closely with internal legal and external legal counsel to frame and implement a legal strategy aimed at resolution / recoveries Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the .
