BWR provides, investors and lenders, timely and in-depth research across the structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance and corporate sectors. Primary Responsibility:

• To lead a team of senior analysts handling credit analysis of the large corporate sector.
• Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments
• Overseeing and guiding the team stressing on the analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
• Motivating and encouraging the team to improve upon the quality of analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions
• Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
• Client interaction and managing good relations

Competency / Skills:

• Analytical expertise in the large corporate segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.
• Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially related to the credit rating segment
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
