The Associate Director will be responsible for driving growth and achieving targets in
the assigned geographies. The role requires leading a team of 100 sales personnel, with 5
to 7 direct reports, and implementing strategic plans to maximize social impact.

1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
o Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed agreed targets.
o Collaborate with senior management to set (enrolment and livelihood)

2. Team Leadership and Development
o Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 100 plus personnel, including
direct supervision of direct reportees.
o Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring accountability and ethical
practices within the team using a strong review system..
o Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and
effectiveness of team members.
3. Market Analysis and Competitor Tracking
o Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
o Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to counter market
challenges.
o Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize sales strategies.
4. Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key persons, partners, and
stakeholders.
o Address student/trainer/key person needs and ensure high levels of
satisfaction.
o Develop rapport with local businesses and industry bodies to unlock
potential business opportunities.
5. Process and Reporting
o Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track team performance and
sales progress.
o Ensure adherence to processes and performance tools effectively for data
management and analysis.
