Company Name: FIS Global Position Type: Full-time Type of Hire: Experienced (relevant combination of work and education) Education Desired: Bachelor of Engineering Travel Percentage: 0% About the Team: This role is required to operate as a Business Analyst + Project Manager in the change delivery team responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects while working with the customer, technology, operations, and support teams. What You Will Be Doing: Work with clients, IT, product, and operations teams to understand high-level requirements and capture business needs. Clearly articulate and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and other team members to design solutions. Assess risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands. Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions. Provide subject matter expertise to support development and testing of project deliverables and quality assurance validation. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and interpreting data. Participate in functionality testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing; document test cases and results. Follow change management process for change deployment. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with senior management engagement. Functional understanding of exchange-traded derivatives and cleared OTC derivatives business processes, trade flows, and knowledge of trade clearing, back-office processes, reconciliations, and margin & funding. Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools in the derivative space. Effective communication skills in various formats and to different levels of seniority. Ability to foster an open environment with constructive problem-solving and proactive issue and risk management. Strong presentation skills and ability to work effectively with global teams. High-level understanding of common technology platforms used in derivatives clearing. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Desirable Skills: Analytical skills and ability to produce multiple options to arrive at a preferred solution. Ability to provide clarity with authority backed by strong functional and communication skills. Knowledge/Experience: Extensive experience with software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis, including SQL Server. Knowledge of the derivative market, especially in post-trade activities. Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools in the derivative space. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise. Knowledge of project methodologies such as AGILE and Waterfall. Competency in risk, information security, and compliance best practices. Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
