About the role:

This role is a part of Managed Services Technology team and entails delivery of DIM Reconciliations book of work along with other key responsibilities highlighted below

• Managed Services for Reconciliations CoE.
• Managed Services for BPaaS clients
• Managed DIM Upgrades for Hosted Clients (contractual obligation)
• BAU and Change Book of Work

About the team:

• We are a client facing function, a first line of defense/interface into FIS eco system for our clients \xe2\x80\x93 to address Software/Infra issues, understand/clarify product behavior etc.
• We have follow-the-sun model in place (24X7), we are primary team for APAC & ME clients, Secondary for EMEA and Supplementary for LATAM clients (6000+ unique client-product combinations covered)

• We continuously measure our service quality via client feedback in the form of Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) and Net Promotor Score (NPS)
• We use cutting edge & in-market tools and data governance using AI/ML to provide clients intelligence to conduct their business

What you will be doing:

• Create and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
• This position is within Managed services IntelliMatch, works on \xe2\x80\x93
• Product Installation and reconciliation configuration;
• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs;
• Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team;
• Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system.

What you will need:

• 4 - 8 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
• 4 - 8 years of strong database experience in SQL.
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree
• Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
• Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
• Reconciliation knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
• Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
• Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills
• Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
