This position is controller of finance able to handle independently overall finance function with regards to finalization, audits, Taxes both Corporate taxes including transfer pricing and GST. Complying with all applicable local laws and Policies.

(A) Finance

Finance and Accounting and Audit

• Overall in-charge of Finance and Accounts and submission of reports as per corporate and Indian GAAP
• Handling Audits (both Internal and External) and Financials as per Indian GAAP
• Administrative expenses and control
• Negotiation with Vendors
• Interaction with the Government Authorities as appropriate
• Compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines. Inflow and outflow of forex
• Coordination with SSC

Business Planning and Forecasting

• Business plan
• Budget Vs Actuals and Forecast

Taxation

• Handling Direct and Indirect taxation of the Company and appearance before taxation authorities for assessments.
• Handling Transfer pricing requirement for the affiliate and appearing for assessment
• GST- Through knowledge on GST and applicability, remittance and returns.
• Quarterly tax returns
• Providing inputs to Payroll vendor on tax related
• Esop tax applicability

Legal

• Vetting Documents and agreements with Vendor and other service providers
• Interaction with Elanco Legal Counsel
• Interaction with External Legal Firm
